Lots of families have been raised in 2 room houses and walked to school every day too, I don't think it's up to us to tell him whether he needs a bigger house or not, jmo...
My old banker said when he started banking in late '60's new houses were 1,100 -3,4,5 kids ....then went tp around 1,500 sq' later '70's -2,3 kids ...now there 2,000 sq.' and up-1-2 kids ...but a 70" TV takes a big room...with energy,taxes,upkeep to-day smaller is maybe better in many ways |
