Subject: RE: Going from newer home to older home

Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska
At around 20 years old houses start to need renovations. Floors, windows, roofs and etc. Maybe some appliances. So the house your in is heading for that.
How much has been done to the older house or is it in pretty good shape as in being well maintained. A 29 year old house can be immaculate and be like new or if it has had poor maintenance it may need a lot of work.
