| In Internet Explorer, there are several things to look at to see if its causing a problem. Since you have a working laptop, you should be able to compare the settings for Internet Explorer on it with what the settings are for IE on your desktop. I would look at the Security, Privacy and Content tabs. DG N. AL has a good suggestion as well, particularly if Wild Blue has been known to have problems with this site.
The only other suggestion I would have is to look at your firewall settings (assuming you have one set up on both computers) and see if it is blocking the site. | |
