southern MN | As is, where is. Only thing you listen tot he auctioneer for is what the bid is. Rest of the lingo is just to improve the sale.
I know people who think the auctioneer's word should be gold, and on the level, and honest.
Ha. That is not the way the business works.
As is, where is, you do your research.
Some are better than others, and most try to get within the relm of possibility, while the really bad ones tend to lose business. But like horse trading & car sales & telemarketing, it's up to the buyer.
