78 and a 82 day this year. Told the seed guy 82 is too long. He said trust me it doesn't act like an 82. He was right it matured faster and has heavier tw than the so-called 78 day. Next year I'm gonna play more in the 75-78dsy range. I hate sweating frost in the fall. Wanna see if I can get some corn black layered without sweating it too bad. But I will give this 82 day another run on some acres.
what variety was the 82 day.


Prairie Brand 821 other was Prairie Brand 2786.
