The D-Link box is similar to one of the options I was thinking about. I'm not sure if my neighbour has wireless, so I might also have to supply a wireless router. That's maybe a bit much for me. The cost of all this with drives included is getting a bit more than I figured.

Theoretically, my neighbour could be affected by the same event as me, but the odds get much better in my favour.

Another option is to buy a blue ray burner and a couple re-writable 25gb disks. Similar hardware price range, and I don't have to bother the neighbour. Having one disk to carry at a time makes getting the data off-site a little easier. I think I want that technology to stabilize a bit more (meaning the price to come down) before I jump into it.
