I have a transfer pump with a 5 horse Briggs and the same style carb you have that suddenly leaned out and needed half choke to keep running. A dose of Sea Foam cleared it up for the rest of the season. Next season the same thing happened and Sea Foam straightened it out again. Now, four seasons later it has run fine without treating the gas. Fingers are still crossed though!
