I think your problem is in the Carb, I don't think it is getting enough gas, might be a passage some where that has a build up, I would try running a strong dose of Sea Foam in it, put a whole can in with the gas, crank & let it run 5 min. them stop and let it set 10 or 15 min. the cank it up again, I think after a couple times U will see the engine start to run better,
