North Central Illinois | I depends greatly upon who is doing it. Some of the Nurse Practitioners have a light touch and others not so much. Same can be said for doctors who do it. I've had five of them and none of them were the same. The first one done by a nurse practitioner was extremely painful but did not last long. I had one other one that was kind of painful and the others were not bad. The ones that hurt the worst were when they had taken a partial biopsy but announced they needed to go just a little deeper and said "Hang on". There were really no lasting affects other than a little bruising and maybe a dull ache. They can hurt but they don't take long. Best of luck to whoever is having this done. | |
