I tried Redwing shoes a few decades ago. Even special ordered to be wide they were painful on my wide feet. The local shop that ordered them used a stretcher to open up where my feet hurt. Then I could wear them but the leather broke where it had been stretched. I haven't looked at Redwing since. I almost visited their store and museum yesterday but came home instead.
