My wife works in the Medicare business. She says your answer is in the RH column of your medicare statement. If Dr is billing you additional, you should send a copy of the Medicare statement to the Dr's billing agency & show them why you're paid in full.
Yes, it sounds like Dr is billing you additional for some reason.
