Slicker than a Yes album.
Talked to the drain tile companies at Farmfest, they've cut off their early order programs. Getting to the point where you'll have a tough time getting plastic tile before it freezes. People are finally realizing/have the money to improve the ground they have. In fact, we have another chunk to do before harvest.
Will land prices begin to fall?
