Subject: Re: APEX in JD sprayer

Camrose, Alberta
I does a decent job as an electronic filing cabinet. We own a sprayer with two neighbors so it works well for review after the season is over how many acres each sprayed. I have all the fields and pesticicdes setup on Apex so you wouldn't have to type them in on the GS2. It was handy to be able to setup custom tank mixes and their rates that I commonly used (eg. Assert + Frontline + MCPA Ester), I think this can only be done through Apex. If you plan on entering the products you spray, doing boundries, etc. it can be a handy tool to be able to look your data up if a customer has a problem a few months down the road. Its is overpriced for what you get though, I think it was $1200 when I bought mine.
