Also i don't recall that issue but im sure if that was one theyve updated it on all the machines by now..
Make sure and ask about updates our 2003 model and the next couple years would shread seperator belts cause of how they were engaged....so they came and put updates on all machines to stop that... and it seems to have worked...just a unforsene issue i guess...
