With a RTK tower network you will be working with one station,with the cell phone and the CORS you will be working with the 6 nearest towers. With the radio system you will need a repeater so that is another 4000. Plus the subsciption fee is usally around 1500/year. Cell phone with unlimited data is 600/year.
