Is the 5 mis circle depicted in your link not the upper ring of the "upside down wedding cake"? If so, one plan I saw showed an ever increasing flight ceiling limit until clear of the outer ring boundary. Like another poster said, I've seen about 3 different maps & proposals. Actually, one I rec'd from DJI a month ago shows the altitude limit will be 1300' preset in the software. I've never heard anything beyond 400' here in USA. The proposals don't have dates, so who knows what is most recent & what has already been shelved?

It seems a  little odd that DJI can take off & create all these zones on their own. I'd think it would take years of scrutiny to get all the zones in place correctly. Sure, around the big airports I understand, but they need to slow up with the little (relatively) airports.
