Ron I fully agree with your assessment and I too enjoyed a 172 ride at night, those were good times but, please access the first link I posted. It will take you to a DJI geo fence map. On that map you will see Rantoul( not picking on Rantoul just a good example). DJI has put a 5 mile "yellow zone" around the field. Then check out the thread in RCgroups that I linked too. After you read what DJI wants you to do before you can even arm your bird inside a Yellow (5 mile ) radius I think you will understand my concern. I just want any one contemplating a DJI purchase to understand where this is going.
