| Harvesting wheat: What
is the definition of "white caps? I say it is cracked wheat kernels,my son sats it is wheat that isn't quite tthrashed out of the hul.Would you guys please give us your answer to this .
Just starting here in central Mn .Looks like a very good wheat crop{winter wheat}.We are realy in need of rain,realy dry and heat all week in the forcast doesn't look good.
