The important thing to remember, that as far as the Bay Model is concerned, only those acres that are government subsidized in some shape or form, are counted for the model. If not subsidized, not counted. I know that there are a lot of acres around me that are not subsidized and therefore not counted in PA's BMP's. This is a huge problem as far as this model is concerned.
