Boyd, WI | NaChurs brand. This (2008) was my first year using it. I went with 6 gpa, right or wrong. Weighs 11.1 lbs/gal. Comes out between $4.27 and $4.94 per gallon of 9-18-9. Added my zinc and some other chelates in the nurse trailer. What's the normal use rate for you guys in your area, Bill? Do you know how much is just enough or too much for you? I'm always curious to see how others do things. I hear everything from 3 to 8 gpa ranges, but I'm 1 of about 6 farmers in our entire county using a pop-up, much less a 100% ortho. Most are still 2x2 dry or 2x2 liquid poly. | |
