Subject: RE: Subsurface Drip Irrigigation

Malheur County Oregon
Well the best I can do for you is that we are watering 6 zones of 12.5 acres each. We are pumping out of an irrigation ditch and the flowmeter is showing about 600 gpm. We have 3 lines of tape in an 88" bed. The sets are 12 hrs each so it's on a 3 day rotation with maybe one day off in between sets. This is our first year of using the drip system and the learning curve has been a little steep.

As far as water use vs a sprinkler system I cant help there. Drip vs furrow is about 60%
