We are considering changing our Gleaner 8000 flexhead to the SCH cutterbar. I really like the looks of the roller guides on the knifeback rather than wear plates. Does anyone here have experience with the alternating sections and do they really need minimal maintenance? If their claims are true, I would like to try one. If people have had bad experiences I would just as soon skip the experience.
