Jeff- Willmar changed that pin a few years after the 765 came out. The pin was breaking at the groves so the changed to a tool grade steel without groves. In fact my 6200 has grease zerks there instead of set screws. If you look at the top and bottom BRG. where the pin rides there is a plate that goes across the botton or top depending what BRG your looking at that will keep the pin from moving. Also the grease keeps the mud and water from settling in the bottom BRG whitch is the one that will fail first. The Ranger has a better system with a top and bottom 2" greasable bolt for pins. Yes that groved pin was a huge Willmar blunder. I changed many of them when I was a Willmar service tech.
