There are a number of things you can do, depending on how much data you need to back up, what type of machines they are, and how much money you want to spend. A backup service (as posted by another member) is a good option, but if you're doing just one PC (or a handful) a portable USB hard drive is an option that can work. That would allow you to backup data, transport it, and upload it at home without taking the time to transfer over the internet. Tape drives are an option that generally take more work and aren't as common anymore. Then of course there are always DVD burners.
Other options such as hot-swap hard drives are available if you want to spend the money and/or get a new server - they would also allow you to transport data out on the drive itself, but for a small operation a USB hard drive can do the same duty.
