Not everyone has the same resources. Not everyone has a hand up. There is a lid for every pot. Buy it. Heck, my Dad told my uncle in 1966 he was crazy to pay $750 for good ground. Worth $10,000 today. You are young. Even if you fail, there is still time to start over. You dont want to be 65 and sit around regretting not trying.
