Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | Last time I was at the Fleet store I picked up a 3M WorkTunes hearing protection/radio device. I planned on using it around the grain Vac and other noisy situations. I wanted to use it for hearing protection and entertainment while mowing the lawn as well.
It has some clever features for picking the AM/FM stations and does lower the noise level from the mower considerably. My complaint is the poor radio reception. I'm not in a large metro area but out here on the farm all other radios get many more stations reliably.
I'm curious if this is to be expected or did I get a bad unit? |
