Have you pulled the light out and looked at the socket and plug?  Kept fighting one on the '08 and finally replaced the plug, it was a little brown from shorting out somewhere in the connection.  Never had a problem since.  New plug comes with pig tail so you have to cut, solder and heat shrink.
