I did it this spring on a 13 row toolbar. I made 3 sections. You use 3 boom valves and a fast valve. When all three valves are closed the fast valve aslo closes and that stops flow through the vapor lines. It worked really well. I did have to buy a fancy 3-way splitter to get even distribution to the boom valves. I am not sure how small of sections you can do with anhydrous. The distribution seems to be quite different than spraying.
