I have a SD card that I can't get info off of, I can read it but when I try to delete the pic nothing happens , sometimes when I put the card in my reader it says it needs to be formated , I have tried to do that a number of times but it will just not format, I tried the quick format and it says it can't format disk .

I had this in a trail cam that the batt went dead and it would not view to begin with I finally got to where I can view the pic I even attached one to e-mail and it worked but I can't delete the pic's or format the SD card, I am afraid if I try the card im my trailcam I won't get any pic . What can I do to remove the pic? or even format the card ? I have been trying to format it for over an hour now with no luck .
