Roseglen, North Dakota | Some call it a 5D. Saw one myself at JD dealer today, plainly says 5D 1400 CCA. Used on 680's, 690's, and some 6R tractors (only 1 on them but 2 are used on the combines) It reminds me very much of the big batteries that the older Versatiles had mounted behind the cab but thot those were called 8D's. Wondering if the 5D's are manufactured by Exide exclusively for Deere? Have called Napa, Interstate, everyone draws a blank. | |
