Thank you both! I should have answered Clay earlier. The manual says the lights should be green but many google hits confirm that they should be red, green, and yellow. Many hits also say that talking to Linksys support reveals the same misinformation and confusion on the part of the staff. I hope product development can survive the misguided bunch that is managing Cisco these days.
