And the other arguments raised. My application is totally different than most, I would hate to guess how many miles a year our trailers get pulled at a speed greater than 60 MPH but I can ascertain you it is several of those thousands.

That said, if I had need for a good, local use cart--it would be an all wheel steer. I don't really want to admit how many times (in our open country) that I have unhooked and rehooked because there wasn't room to make the corner. Or the pickup got stuck. Or the trailer got high centered. Or the trailer got drug through the ditch. Or, my most recent experience, a hand hooked a the gate that was, um, about 40' and had all the room in the world. So yea, I would own a 4 wheel steer. It would eliminate a lot of legitimate inconveniences and damage due to stupidity...
