There seems to be such a hatred, or perhaps fear, of gold by a certain element they seem to need to run it down or minimize it's importance every chance they get. Of course something could be also said about the overzealous promoters so I suppose it balances out.
But at any rate, the barbarous relic still seems to matter to some central banks.
Germany also continues to take back gold.
