with the clutch, that there might be a safety issue . If they believe you and do something good ,should they choose to
not deal in a forth right manner you can tell them you are going to explore a further option in the safety realm.
Last word to them THE LETTERS O.S.H.A. since a clutch that does not function properly might result in an accident
and that you would feel that you would be remiss to not inform them of your experience with said tractor .
They most likely would not like extra checking by these people on these units . which if common the may already know
about .
