Formerly NE North Dakota, now NW MN | I'm not trying to be a nitpicker, but I have to point something out.
Cash inflows from debt issuance is not actually revenue. I think its an important point tho. People think, and political leaders make the argument, that cash flowing is the same thing as balancing a budget.
Can you imagine how horrified people would be if our government published a true balance sheet, cashflow statement, and most scary, income statement?
