Two different guys I've watched the wire cart is the biggest pile of junk they have, lawn mower wheels angle iron disc blades and four steel shafts to put the rolls on. Pull it with the pounder tractor. I used a piece of like one inch ready rod and disc blades in between the three point arms on the old 3020 only held two rolls but was fast enough for me
