N FLA | Mostly to Haleiwa above. My cattle will never go through this "wire gate." The landowners peanut equipment might. He can pay for all the upgrades he wants. I have a feeling he's going to ream me a new one on land rent for a small parcel he doesnt use anyway. I just need to patch where he cut the fence to get his equipment through. Then he can leave it wide open next spring when I'm gone.
I'm all for public relations, but I don't need to sink too many $$$ in this project. | |
