Couple of things I would check. First where are the fingers in the auger set at? In most conditions they should be set at the 9 o’clock position when looking at the header from the left side. Also where is the feeder chain drum set at? If the combine was used last for cutting corn or beans it is most likely in the top position. For wheat it needs to be in the middle position, sometime even in the bottom position if you are cutting a light crop.
