Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
Mbmaring is correct. This is how I have my momentary rocker switch installed in the Command Arm of my 8120 with Nav II and the Insight.

As others have stated, engagement takes place after the switch is held momentarily and then released.

The Sonalert will give a short beep when engagement has taken place and the screen display will show the "Hey Loook Ma - No hands" icon just as if the screen softkey were used.

I'm a little confused about the reference to AIM. Are you suggesting using one switch to do two different things? If so, I believe this could lead to problems.
