Chris, you worry too much. Our bodies are designed to deal with a certain amount of bacterial contamination, would be impossible to eliminate it anyways. The danger comes when your health is otherwise compromised, such as after surgery or when you are seriously ill.

I'm guessing if we swabbed your kitchen utensils a fair number of those would culture fecal coliform too.
