ecmn | at the time I was in the oil field if you had to be home and work didn't like it you just told them to fire me if they had to, chances are they wouldn't fire you but if they did you walked down the street and had a job the next day.
some companys give vacation time, but after you are working there and think you might be there long enough then put up your spring planting dates for a vacation request as soon as possible. most companys will work with a guy. | |
