People need to get over the price. I'd rather put a steel roof on once vs 4 or 5 or more sets of shingles in my lifetime. Shingles don't last anymore. You might get 10 - 15 years out of a 25 or 30 year shingle. Dad got 13 out of 30 year shingles on his garage.
