Lindey's Prime Steak House - Arden Hills

The Best Steakhouse
Jax Cafe
Porterhouse Steaks & Seafood - Little Canada
Cork - Anoka

I have been to Manny's - its downtown.  Its not just the best place in the area, its one of the top 5 steakhouses in the US.  If you've never been, its worth making an effort to get there.  Meals around $100 a person, its an entire experience.
