NW Illinois | Are you planning on taking 65 or 169 on the north side of the cities? That would make a difference if you're wanting to stay on the north side.
If you're taking 169, you could stay in Rogers and hit Cabelas. That area was growing like crazy last time I went through so I'm sure there are plenty of hotel and restaurant options.
If you're taking 65, you could also swing through Thorne Brothers in Blaine and stay somewhere around there. As you can probably tell from my suggestions, I never seem to have all the gear I need prior to leaving for a trip! | |
