From the Winter Software Release Notes:
GS2 may show “NO GPS” with a GEN II StarFire receiver that is not equipped with a TCM. When upgrading the GS2 to a 2.0.XXXX version of software the GS2 may report “No GPS” on the GPS Diagnostic page, however, the emulation screen on the GS2 displays good quality GPS. If this issue occurs it will require the use of a TCM.
