| Typically in our clay subsoil it takes a good 2 to 3 years to get the tile working good. Ive seen several times wet spots still they just as wet a year after tiling like it made no difference, then the following year its working great. Sometimes water bleeding out of a sidehill just takes time to find its natural path into the tile. Thats just the way it works in our soils, ours our obviously different because we never use socked tile either.
