Northeast Missouri | I can almost guarantee it will be excellent stuff.
We had a few acres of it this year (often do), put up a couple weeks ago. I got rained out of the field cutting it (just a 0.1"); finished the next morning. But then we had a week where it sprinkled rain *every* day for about 7 days. I had planned to put it up as baleage anyway (quickest way to get it off, to no-till beans behind it), but there was NO way we could have made dry hay from it that week.
It was: mowed, tedded the next day, raked into a double window the day after that, windrow turned over the next morning, then windrow turned over again that afternoon...almost wore it out to get it dry enough for baleage, but moisture was just right.
