| I am not a fan of attorneys, but run and run fast to a good competent attorney for the protection of your children. If I understand correctly in Illinois ,not sure about Kansas, if death of both parents occurs and minor children are involved the state (Judge) will appoint legal guardians for your children if there are not wills. Please spend the time and money to protect your children. Both of you need wills. | |
