I've heard nothing but good about them.  I actually rented a house a couple of years ago from someone's "friend" that was on a forum I frequented.  Everything worked out great but I told my wife that it's possible that we'll arrive there and there won't even be a house there!  Sometimes I'm too trusting but it worked out great there.
