Thanks for the link, but we're not a "supplier", we're what your linked source calls a "residential LP customer". Like I said, I still can't find anyone that will sell to a common person.

Here's cut/paste from the site you link in WI (242 mis away). From their statement, I assume they only sell tanks to LP suppliers. Kind of like an upper level drug dealer:

We do not deal with individual residential LP customers. Please contact your local propane supplier for service.
